As it is known, the most part of the repair complete sets which are let out now for native MBC, very quickly become unfit for use. Rubber of which do poor quality cuffs, besides in most cases it has rough edges!!!
If to buy MBC (the main brake cylinder) in gathering it is possible to get in the same way on the poor-quality goods. Here for example, MBC firms FENOX (at least those which were got for last year) have very unpleasant property. In due course they start to pass a brake liquid between working chambers – in communication by it the pedal becomes "soft" and dynamics of braking considerably worsens. Besides after even small time interval the brake liquid starts to proceed through back cuffs and gets in the vacuum amplifier!
The charter from this problem and having carried out the situation analysis, our expensive clubmate has decided to replace all the same the MBC with something more reliable and qualitative... Namely to it it has been decided to establish MBC + the Vacuum amplifier from VAZ-2108. To me honour to help it in it not easy business has in turn dropped out
Why VAZ-2108 - because is the most widespread and checked up system on cars of a similar class, besides for VAZ-2108 in the market there is a weight of details of import manufacture!
In general MBC М2141 and MBC ВАЗ2108 on fixture not the interchangeable. Therefore it has been decided to change and the vacuum amplifier of brakes. Seats at «вакуумника» from 2108 do not coincide with apertures in motor board М2141. Moreover, at VAZ-2108 the vacuum amplifier fastens two bolts, and at М2141 – four!!! From here the conclusion – is necessary any adapter. The arm of the vacuum amplifier 2108 does not approach since its fastening to a car body does not coincide with Moskvich-car. However the variant has been found quickly enough – there almost as native there is an arm of the vacuum amplifier from VAZ-21213 (Field). It is just calculated on the vacuum amplifier 2108 and thus has precisely same fastening to a body as in М2141.
All that needed to be made, it to truncate it on length. It is for this purpose cut it (the photo see) and having cleaned an average part it is welded two halves together. The original transitive plate turns out.
Then it is necessary to truncate a rod of the vacuum amplifier 2108. It can be made in two ways: to cut off and weld measuring length in a place; or to make as on Moskvich, i.e. on the end of a rod a carving long 3-4см, and the tip is simply screwed on it being fixed by a counternut, it allows to change length of a rod already directly during operation.
Konst has chosen the second variant, therefore we measured length of a rod of the native vacuum amplifier (till the end of a carving) and have sawn off at size a rod at the new. Then on a rod (its thickness somewhere 11мм) has been cut carving М10*1,5, and in a tip the regular aperture has been expanded to 9мм. Also the same carving is cut.
Further it is necessary to collect all simply. One of contours new MBC is necessary for muffling (a bolt or reliably muffled tube). After assemblage, naturally, it is necessary to "pump over" brakes anew.
Eventually the result of has justified!!! Brakes became really more агрессивнные and "lungs"...
